Our Policies
We have structured our car rental policies that are favourable for the customers as well as for the company.

Minimum age
19 is the minimum age limit for renting our cars.
Requirements for UAE Residents and Tourists
Must submit a copy of their Passport, Emirates Id, and their valid UAE Driving License. Whereas, tourists must submit a copy of their Passport, Visit Visa, and International Driving Permit.
If you encounter any issues with your car
You can turn off the engine and contact our customer care right away. They will help you in replacing the car.
Rental Payment and Additional Services
Customers have to pay the full rent along with the deposit. We charge some additional fees if the customers require any additional services.
